Definitions:
1. Service – any services provided as part of SCheck-Blocklist, including:
a) Python library,
b) datasets,
c) CLI engine.
2. Library – Python library available on PyPI under the name scheckbl.
3. Datasets – data collections available on GitHub in the datasets repository under the SCheck-Blocklist account.
4. CLI Engine – software available as the PyPI package scheckbl-cli and in the CLI repository on GitHub.
General Provisions:
1. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Service.
2. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:
a) uninterrupted availability,
b) absence of errors or downtime,
c) accuracy or completeness of data.
3. Users agree to use the Service only for:
a) legal purposes,
b) ethical purposes,
c) purposes that do not infringe on the rights of others.
4. The following are prohibited:
a) using the Service to violate others' privacy,
b) sending spam,
c) harmful activities,
d) unauthorized data collection.
5. We disclaim responsibility for:
a) damages resulting from using the Service,
b) data loss,
c) lost profits,
d) other direct or indirect damages.
6. The provider reserves the right to:
a) change these terms at any time,
b) suspend or terminate access in case of violations,
c) perform maintenance and updates.
7. Users are solely responsible for any content they submit.
8. The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content.
9. These terms are governed by the laws of the provider’s country of residence.
